Once we’ve received your extensions and confirmed they’re in acceptable condition, you can choose to:
Exchange them
Receive 105% store credit
Request a refund (please note: refunds incur a 10% restocking fee, including for Afterpay orders).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After your return arrives, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. If we run into any issues or have questions, we’ll reach out — otherwise, we’ll go ahead and finalise your request.
💡 Afterpay orders: Any payments you’ve already made will be refunded (minus the restocking fee), and any future scheduled payments will be cancelled. Refunds usually take 3–5 business days to appear, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days.
