Products manufactured out of the Superior Hair factory are laboriously produced and continuously checked to maintain its production quality. To ensure our clients always receive the best products and service, almost all Superior Hair extensions and other products come with a 30-day guarantee against manufacturing defects.

If your product is included, you have 30 days to process your return. Purchases after this timeframe can not be claimed.

Please note: If you have identified a defect in your product - do not continue to use it. If you choose to do so, Superior Hair cannot be held accountable for any further damage to your product, damage to your natural hair, or personal injury.

The guarantee DOES NOT cover the following:

• Defects from improper application.

• Defects from improper use of the product (Not using proper hair care, coloring, cutting the wefts, etc)

• Defects from personal attempts to alter the extensions in any way from its original form.

• Excess use of heat and improper care of the extensions.

• Colour fading

• Sale items

• Education and virtual courses

• Stockists and partnership packages
